Sparks Media has launched a new website that provides information about the United States Army Chaplain Corps. The website, ArmyChaplaincy.com, is edited by Father Daniel Sparks, president of Sparks Media and a military chaplain.
Father Sparks stated, “I hope that ArmyChaplaincy.com will serve the public and the Chaplain Corps by providing useful information and meaningful interaction to further the mission of the Corps in providing religious support to the United States Army.” He hopes that several chaplains will contribute to the site in order to provide additional insight on chaplaincy ministry and to possibly recruit clergy to the Corps.
The site is intended as a public forum on the ministry of chaplains. It will include such topics as ministry in combat, chaplaincy qualifications, ministry tips, program suggestions, and resources for chaplains.
